We take great care in helping future athlete's identify the fair, ethical, and scrupulous representation for their NIL and marketing rights. Carter Alo will provide counsel and direction for these young athletes to educate them on engaging representation only from the trusted and approved Union vetted list. This will also help protect the athletes from involvement in scandalous marketing situations which could destroy his/her brand and image, thereby hurting his/her professional marketing potential.

Tom Carter III

Before founding Carter Alo Consulting, Tom served for 15 years as Director of Player Affairs at the National Football League Players Association. Throughout his years in this role, Tom witnessed the difficulties young players go through in process of finding proper representation, managing their finances, and dealing with career transition. The desire to help them through these challenge-filled processes led him to form Carter Alo. Carter Alo exists to provide universities and organizations with an independent and objective resource to assist the athletes in navigating through these stages.

Tom received his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame in Finance, earned his MBA from Indiana University, and his Doctor of Business Administration from Jacksonville University.

In addition to his academic achievements, Tom was a first-round selection in the 1993 NFL Draft. He played a total of nine seasons for three different organizations (Washington Football Team, Chicago Bears, Cincinnati Bengals). Tom has been married 31 years to his high school sweetheart Renee, and they have four beautiful children. He currently resides in Jacksonville, FL.
